This 20-hectare family estate practices traditional vinification in stainless-steel tanks. Its HVE certification recognizes our sustainable approach to winegrowing, with no weedkilling, plowing, and carefully-dosed disease prevention. It produces Bourgogne Aligoté, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre white and red, and Saint-Bris wines.
