Le Soufflot Irancy is a beautiful history, which goes on with us and we will be happy to welcome you. Welcome to my home, welcome to the vineyards, welcome to Irancy, welcome to Soufflot. To delight you, I have chosen to develop the cuisine I love: dishes from the bistro tradition based on traditional products, the dishes of our grandmothers on Sundays, but also those of today's bistros. This cuisine must more than ever allow our wines to find their place, because that is the soul of Irancy: wine. There are about 180 references in our cellar book.
