The main entrance, facing the river, opens onto a terrace that invites you to relax. On the ground floor: A large living area with exposed beams and stonework. A fully fitted kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and coffee maker, opening onto the dining room and the lounge with its fireplace. 1 toilet and a utility room. On the second level: A large games room equipped with an arcade machine, table football and children’s games, with a dormitory comprising two single beds (90x190). 5 bedrooms, two of which have 160x200 beds, another with an 180x200 bed and two 90x190 beds. A fourth bedroom with a 140x200 bed and the last one, ideal for children, with a 90x190 bunk bed. Two shower rooms and one separate toilet. Baby equipment available on request: high chair and travel cot. Outside, a pétanque court awaits you next to the house, and the owners provide tables, benches and a plancha so you can enjoy your meals outdoors in a peaceful communal area. Unfenced garden and small terrace. There are several parking spaces in front of the gîte, as well as a courtyard where you can park your vehicles. A garage is also available for a car, motorbikes or bicycles. A large cellar. All local shops are 500 metres from the gîte and there are two restaurants in the village. Close to Auxerre, Chablis, the Morvan Regional Nature Park and Guédelon.
