On the Colinot estate, we have been making wine for generations with the most prominent growers of the Irancy appellation (our "lieux-dits" include Palotte, Les Mazelots and Côte du Moutie). Using age-old methods, Pinot Noir grapes are blended with the celebrated César variety, an old stock established by Roman legions. Enjoy an unforgettable wine tasting session in our 15th and 16th-century cellars, close to Maison Soufflot, our family home. Visit our private collections of paintings, and objects in earthenware and porcelaine spanning pre-historic times to the 18th century, as well as 17th and 18th century furniture.
