Situated in a charming little wine-growing village in the Yonne, dominated by its fortified church, our village of Chitry is sure to delight you as you discover the region’s authentic character and the vineyards that surround it. There’s no time to get bored – Chitry offers walks through the vineyards and wine tastings. Not far from Auxerre, the cultural and tourist capital of the Yonne department, the Crémant de Burgundy, Bailly Lapierre, is sure to pique your curiosity, as will other exceptional sites. A fully renovated old house, our gîte combines comfort and convenience. Our enclosed courtyard will allow you to fully enjoy the country air and a few meals in the sunshine. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a lounge and a bathroom with a toilet. On a half-landing is a bedroom with a double bed. The first floor opens onto a mezzanine leading to a corridor which leads to a children’s bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room with a toilet. A maximum of one pet permitted (€7 per night)
