Description
The Comité des fêtes d'Appoigny has announced the programme for the 5th edition of the Fête de la Bière Icaunaise, to be held on Saturday 23 May.
Around 2,500 people are expected to attend what is a veritable festival of music and beer.
There will be 10 craft breweries, including 7 from the Icaunaise region: La truite (Butteau), Grand Duc (Sormery), Maddam (Chablis) and la Vaugermaine (Saint-Cyr), not forgetting three new breweries from the department: L'engrenage, Tipsip Brewing and Omnibulle.
The new Mix Distillerie (Saint-Bris) and its cocktails will also be on hand.
The Comité des fêtes has also lined up a rich musical programme with :
- Concert by The Littles (Beatles covers) at 7pm
- Concert by Kalffa (Celtic rock) at 9pm
- DJ Rossano's open-air disco from 11pm
There will also be plenty of entertainment, including a mechanical bull and axe throwing! And don't forget two free bouncy castles for the kids, making it a real family outing (free entry for under-16s!).
Last but not least, there'll be plenty of food and drink on offer, including burgers, pizzas, hot dogs, chips, crêpes and ice creams.
