Description
How about a gourmet cycling break to discover our regional produce? Set off on a culinary adventure to explore Burgundy’s specialities. This break starts from our shop in Auxerre and follows the Canal du Nivernais. The first stop is at an organic farm where you’ll sample some delicious regional cheeses, before continuing on to a unique venue for a tasting of Crémant de Bourgogne. The ride continues to a microbrewery where a tasting awaits you, then you’ll head to a vineyard for another tasting. On the way back to Auxerre, you’ll sample the famous Burgundy snails. Next, try the best gougères from Auxerre and finish with a visit where you’ll enjoy local biscuits accompanied by a drink.
