How about a gourmet cycling trip to discover 7 regional products? Set off on a tasty adventure exploring Burgundy's specialities. The tour starts from our shop in Auxerre and follows the Canal du Nivernais. The first stop is at an organic farm, where you can sample tasty regional cheeses, before continuing to an unusual location for a Crémant de Bourgogne tasting. The ride continues to a microbrewery where a tasting awaits you, before heading to a wine estate for a tasting. On to Auxerre to taste the famous Burgundy snails. Afterwards, sample the best gougères in Auxerre and finish with a visit to a local biscuit factory for a drink.
