Alexandre Gautherin has a passion for old objects and started his collection very early on. The Vinéa Passion museum is an invitation to discover the Chablis wine heritage. It displays the know-how and objects characteristic of viticulture and wine-making, and provides an opportunity to understand the evolution of wine-making practices. Housed in a 700m2 building, the museum takes the visitor on a journey back in time to the heart of the traditions of the Chablis vineyards, notably through a collection of Saint-Vincent Tournante glasses dating back to 1983. One discovers successively a grafting workshop, the various reconstituted vineyard soils, exhibitions of winegrowers' tools, tools for fighting frost... An area reserved for children has been designed with adapted furniture and games.
