STAGE DE CIRQUE

Exploring space, movement, balance, rhythm and the laws of physics... the circus is all this and much more!

Led by Julien Poujol from Compagnie Manie, these workshops invite you to immerse yourself in the world of the circus arts.

On the programme: discovering and practising different apparatus - balancing, juggling and acrobatics. There will also be time to make juggling balls.

As well as technique, the emphasis will be on group spirit, listening, confidence and creativity, as the activities unfold.

Do you know how many disciplines make up the art of the circus? And is there only one type of circus? These workshops will also be an opportunity to exchange ideas and stimulate curiosity around these fascinating questions.

At the end of the course, the participants will present a short collective creation open to the families, reflecting what they have learned and discovered during the week, so that we can all share in each other's progress and prowess.
