Richoux Gabin et Félix

73 Rue Soufflot, 89290 Irancy
We are two brothers who spent our entire childhood in the village of Irancy.
Surrounded by parents and grandparents who were winegrowers, that's how we inherited this fascinating profession.

Our estate is located in Irancy in the north of Burgundy, in the department of Yonne.

We farm 18 hectares of vines in the Irancy appellation, certified organic since 2013.

We are deeply attached to the Pinot Noir grape, and are keen to respect both the unique character of Irancy and the spirit of each vintage, which must be conveyed as faithfully as possible right through to the bottle.

Being a winegrower in Irancy is a unique situation that must be cherished, defended and appreciated.

To achieve this, here are a few key principles that cannot be ignored in the vineyard or the cellar:
Our grapes are vinified, matured and bottled on the estate.

- Hand-picked, harvested in 40kg crates
- 100% destemmed and sorted grapes
- Vinification using indigenous yeasts
- Vatting between 15 and 18 days
- Aged between 24 and 36 months before bottling
- Extremely rigorous care in the vineyard: poulsard pruning, disbudding, several passages of lifting.

2010: start of organic certification by ECOCERT, with the start of biodynamic preparations in 2011.

Tasting and sales at the winery, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5.30pm.
For groups of more than 6 people, please make an appointment.
