La Chablisienne cooperative produces great white Chablis wines that reflect the extreme care taken by its winemakers in the cultivation of their vines. It accounts for 25% of the region’s production, producing wines with strong personalities from the four Chablis AOCs, including the most prestigious Château Grenouilles Grand Cru.
