Here, you can go for a walk, fish (equipment provided), cool off in the shade of the two-hundred-year-old plane tree and simply have a great time, alone or with the family. This traditional fish farm is characterised by the exceptional quality of its spring water, which is kept at 12°C all year round and flows at a rate of 400 litres per second. It feeds the rearing ponds where the rainbow trout are reared in a reasoned, respectful and sustainable way.
