The Bersan family has been in Saint Bris for several generations. They grow their vines combining traditional methods and new techniques. Indeed, the 20 ha harvest is vinified in a modern cellar.

The wines from our oldest vines are matured in oak barrels in our 11th and 12th century cellars located in the heart of the village.

The cellars are linked to a network of underground passages built by the Templar monks, and which acted as a refuge for the inhabitants of the village.

We manage our vineyard and produce our wines in the most natural way possible, in order to best preserve and express our "Terroirs” located in Saint Bris, Chablis and Irancy. These “Terroirs” come from the Portlandian geological stratum on the clay-limestone plateaux and from the Kimmeridgian stratum on the clay-limestone slopes.
