The show "Trois petits Tours et puis Dansons! :
"I'm five years old. I'm at a puppet show. My teacher isn't there. But one of the articulated dolls has her voice. I feel betrayed! There's no such thing!"
Today, that puppet is alive and dancing in my dreams...
Puppets and automata have been articulated characters since the Middle Ages. Cie Bassa Toscana will have Polichinelle, Pinocchio, Guignol, Pétrouchka and many other puppets dancing throughout the evening.
During the show presented to the public at Saint-Germain Abbey on 9 August 2026 at 8.30pm, the dance, in harmony with the music, text and song, will exalt a joyful, dramatic or dreamlike moment in the story. It will be a means of expression to share the flavour of the words, without replacing them, but highlighting their emotion. The evening will close with a Renaissance ball.
The trainees will be supervised by professional artists (musicians, dancers and actors).
