  • Supervised by Julien Poujol from the Manie company, these workshops offer experience in a range of circus arts disciplines.
    We'll be exploring different apparatus (balancing and juggling objects), practising and learning about safety instructions. We'll be developing our group spirit, cohesion, listening skills, self-confidence, creativity and emotions... We'll be broadening our practice with Parkour, the Yamakasi-style obstacle-crossing discipline.

    By the end of the workshops, participants will have created a routine, putting into practice one of the circus disciplines they have learned during the week.
