  • The fruit of the unbridled imagination of a trio of ESM students, this creation, which punctuates their training, is a beautiful metaphor for the departure towards elsewhere. The fruit of the unbridled imagination of a trio of ESM students, this creation, which punctuates their training, is a beautiful metaphor for the departure towards elsewhere. Together, they set sail after having stocked up on ancient tales from the peoples of the sea (Inuits, Japanese, Greeks), impressionist tunes with 'maritime' tones (Debussy's Petite Suite, Ravel's Les miroirs or Alkan's La chanson de la folle au bord de la mer). But also, many images from the imagination of Ève Barlier, an illustrator who plays with the light table to project her underwater visions live on a large screen. For the journey, they will be joined by an actress-storyteller, Ève Meslin, a clarinet and a piano. A fine crew for a 100% original story, written by Camille Prioleau, who has an extra string to her instrument... since she is the one holding the double bass! The story? The story of young Poema, a little girl launched on the waves in search of her father, a missing sailor. As fluid as water, this youthful piece will bubble over with its poetic, musical and luminous materials... Head for the open sea!
