Dafné Kritharas draws her inspiration from a repertoire born of the convergence of cultures that coexisted for four centuries under the Ottoman Empire: Greek, Sephardic, Bosnian, Armenian, Turkish songs... As for her voice, it is at once intimate, pure and heart-rending. She sings of exile, love and joy, while also revealing some of her own unpublished compositions in Greek. Dafné performs mainly in quintet; to be discovered exclusively at the Silex club!
